JOB DETAIL
Job Purpose
Overall management of Product, Strategic Plan to each product, Market Planning to each product, Customer service management and take care of Relations with client. Forecasting and Inventory management and business support to other department and business objective.
Job Description
Management Role
• Consolidate data from subordinators and report to management.
• Direct team to achieve team target
Distribution Account Sales
• Set annual distributor sales target (quota) with benefits planning
• Forecast and result review on monthly basis with assigned distributors
• Shipment planning for sell in activities
• Sell in report with analysis of situation to company
• Distributor benefits management including rebate, Market Development Funds and others (if any)
Sales and Marketing activities
• Plan and 4P’s management of the assigned products leading toward sales revenue and country stock.
• Manage channel motivation tools such as promotion and incentive
• Channel visit and survey for market information intelligent
• Manage forecast system and control availability of the products in the territories.
• Being a contact point for special project requested, or other assign by management
Inventory Management
• Arrange sale forecasting of company product to align Business plan
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management local staff for available product to market
• Monitor and Control days of stock
• Windows contact with Regional Head Quarter Supply Chain Management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration /Electrical Engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in Product Management, Business Development in IT products in the position of team lead or Manager
• Experience in Product Management in Copier or Printer products will be highly preferred
• Have an experience in Business-to-Business sales (B2B) and channel management
• Strong in team Management (must)
• Skills in Product management, Data analysis, Presentation, Logical thinking
• Trust-worthy, Act with Integrity, Creative, Challenge-driven
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills, good personality
• Good command of English both speaking and writing
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
