【Main Duty】
・Consulting services related to research, strategy planning, new business planning, and implementation support related to solving social issues using innovation.

【Job Description】
・Plan and implement new business models to support clients in business transformation.
・Provide guidance towards commercialization and manage change/operational reform for business units.
・Collaborate with experts such as strategy consultants, data scientists, business designers, and cloud architects.
・Assist clients throughout the entire process from conceptualization to execution for successful business transformation.
・Collect and analyze customer and market data to identify business problems and improvement areas.
・Create reports and presentation materials based on collected and analyzed data for internal stakeholders or customers.
・Support project progress management and coordination under the guidance of senior analysts or project managers.
・Conduct market research, including industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs research, to identify new business opportunities.
・Propose efficiency enhancements and cost reduction through business process analysis.
・Handle requirement definition, testing, and user support in IT system implementation or improvement projects.
・Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions.
One project consists of a team of 3 to 5 people.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's Degree （GPA 3.0 UP）
・Male or Female
・Age between 28 - 35 years old　
・More than 5 years of work experience at a consulting firm or market research company
・Upper Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 750 or equivalent.）
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese（N2 UP）

【Advantage】
・Person who has experience in management planning, business planning, or similar work experience
・Those who are interested in consulting and research
・Those who have experience working in overseas expansion at a Japanese company or public organization.
・Planning ability, presentation ability
・PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
・Survey and research skills related to related industries
・Project management and communication skills
・Expertise in the relevant field (preferably)
