Report Directly to Area Manager

Job Purpose:
1. Coordinate and support operation team to implement, follow-up all safety, health & environmental activities of 'On-Site Operation in Maptaphut, Rayong align with legal regulations.
2. Manage and organize the 'Emergency Drill Program' at aptaphut, Rayong site at least 4 times per year.
3. Act main person in charge and cooridnator of 'Environment Program ISO 140001.
4. Coordinate and participate with neighboring plants/factories and governtal & public offices on safety and environmental matters and communicate with the internal staffs about safety concerning matters.
5. Responsible for the leading and lagging of safety reports and records.
6. Responsible for the security system of Site Operation in Maptaphut, Rayong and ensure that the performance of the security guard meets company's standard.
7. Identify traning matrix to all internal staffs in order to maintain competency of all staffs related to Safety, Health and Environment.

Main Responsibility:
1. Coordinate implementation of Safety and environmental program
- Assist program implement leader to implement.
- Follow up, enforce and track on the successful, effectiveness of Safety and Environmental program according to the internal system, Lead safe and Back book report.
- Responsible for information sharing on the program progress to related party.
2. Provide basic safety & environmental training to all staff and all contractor and ensure that all new staff and all contractors pass the basic training as identified;
- Plant Satety Rule Training
- Emergency Drill
- Basic Fire Fighting Equipment
- Escape Hood/Gases detector
- Air line
- Waste disposal
- ISO 14000 aspect program
- Etc.
3. Ensure that all conditions and activities of plant/factory are safe and rely to safety protocol.
- Daily Plant Inspection
- Schedule plant inspection with management team
- Act as person in charge of safety during 'Shut Down' and 'Turn Around' period.
4. Ensure that all safety and health & environmental documents are up to date by regularly review on the safety environmental laws & regulations (Both internal & external) and share to all employees.
- New Law & Regulations
- Plant Emergency Procedure
- Forklift Driver Authorization
- Company's Car Driver Authorization
- Etc.
5. Ensure that site safety report is reliable
- Produce the monthly safety report including leading and lagging indicator.
6. Ensure that all corrective action from accident/incident investigation report are correct within time frame.
- Act as a member of investigation team of accident, incident, and nearly-miss.
- Create accident/incident investigation corrective action list
- Follow up the corrective action
7. Supervise and audit security guard contractor to ensure that they are all in standard level set up the company.
8. Other task as assigned by Site Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 28-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety.
3. Required minimum 5 years of experience as safety officer from petrolchemical, refinery (โรงกลั่นน้ำมัน), oil & gas or chemical related products.
4. Completed professional safety traning course with certificate.
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. Required personal car & driver's license.
7. Able to attend meeting and training session in Bangkok up on request.
