- Plan, develop, and manage daily activities within the operation department to achieve predetermined goals and standards
- Control and monitor various operational processes to ensure efficiency and smooth operation
- Manage human resources within the operations department, including appointments, training, and personnel development
- Review and evaluate the performance of the team's operations to analyze and improve work processes
- Manage and enhance or modify work process to improve efficiency and service quality
- Verify the accuracy of various data within the Operations department
- Report operational performance and efficiency of the Operations department to manangement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5-10 years or more of experience in port management and container yard management.
- Proficiency in private port management and container yard management.
- Strong understanding of planning and controlling operational processes efficiently.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with personnel of all abilities.
