- Responsible for the management and control of the procurement department both domestically and internationally to ensure effectiveness in terms of quantity, accuracy, product quality, on-time delivery of goods, and payment terms.
- Recruit and evaluate buyers and sellers of spare parts and raw materials for AVL registration.
- Control the cost of goods to maximize benefit.
- Plan and implement the purchase of raw materials and spare parts according to the company's plan.
- Responsible for coordinating with relevant government agencies in accordance with the regulations prescribed by law for goods produced in duty-free zones.
- Responsible for contacting government agencies to understand new laws and regulations that support assembly and sales.
- Control and inspect the purchasing operations of the department to ensure compliance with the company's policy and in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (Thai nationality), age 35 and over.
- More than 5-10 years of purchasing experience both domestically and internationally.
- Must be able to speak, read, write Mandarin or English
- Experience in ordering and importing products from abroad (China) will be an advantage.
- Experience in purchasing automotive spare parts and electrical appliances will be an advantage.
- Must have knowledge of shipping and customs clearance processes
- Experience in customs audit and filing NSW (Anchor)
