Main Responsibilities
• Overview Management of Accounting and Finance
• Review the structure and manpower of the accounting and finance department to ensure adaptability and efficiency in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the accounting and finance personnel in all business units of the group company in collaboration with business unit management teams.
• Coordinate and support other departments as necessary.
• Promote continuous capability development for accounting and finance personnel.
• Oversee budget preparation and utilization within the accounting and finance department.
• Oversee the establishment of operational authority within the accounting and finance department.
• Develop a succession plan and act as a coach to create successors for key positions within the department.
Accounting and Finance Responsibilities
Financial Operations and Reporting
• Manage the preparation of financial reports for the entire group, presenting them to management and submitting them to external agencies such as the SET on time.
• Oversee the accurate and timely closing of financial statements.
• Control and oversee the complete and accurate transaction-level accounting processes, from documentation to bookkeeping.
• Continuously improve processes and methods to reduce time or costs associated with accounting tasks and add value to the work.
Tax and Other Regulations
• Control and oversee tax-related operations to ensure compliance with timelines, such as document verification, tax calculation, VAT reporting, data entry in the tax system, and preparation of tax returns.
• Plan taxes for the group based on operational results and projections in consultation with management.
• Maintain good relationships with government agencies.
Budget Control
• Control and oversee the preparation of annual budgets and mid-year budget adjustments, presenting them to management for approval.
• Monitor budget utilization and report to relevant departments.
• Oversee the preparation of budget reports and analyze changes affecting projected income, costs, and operational results.
• Oversee cost figures and analysis to provide decision-making information to management.
Finance & Treasury
• Oversee working capital management for the group to maintain efficient liquidity.
• Source suitable financial resources to support operations and projects.
• Manage funds efficiently to maintain competitive financial costs within the industry.
• Maintain good relationships with financial institutions.
Financial Strategy & Investment Management
• Oversee the collection of data and preparation of business plans for management to guide strategic direction.
• Coordinate setting organizational goals with all departments and communicate them to relevant units.
• Manage projects according to financial targets, evaluating project performance.
• Monitor and oversee accounting and financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with investors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Prefer Female, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with direct experience in financial statement preparation, auditor communication, and tax filings.
• Experience in food industry is preferred
• Close financial statement
• CPD
• Knowledge of ERP systems related to accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of workplace safety.
• Knowledge of company standards and accounting and finance standards.

• Intermediate level of English
