- Call/Visit potential customers & record the status
- Maintain the relationship with current customers
- Provide shipping related suggestions/solutions to customers
- Prepare quotation, visit plan, and other related reports
- Follow the instruction to complete the sales targets
- Set-up strategy and lead the team to complete the group targets
- Cooperate with our teams for providing better customer service
- To manage sales team to ensure new prospects are properly identified and secured while existing customers are retained, expand, and identify potential to be key account customer in order to achieve/ exceed the company annual objectives.
- Managing the team's development of businesses from customer lists, local and overseas sales-leads.
- Initiating new business strategies to secure new target prospect, satisfy & expand existing customer base.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- At least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager in Management Logistics and Freight Forwarder.
- Prefer Master degree, or at least bachelor degree's
- Male only, age 33-45 years old
- Fluent in English
- Able to speak in Chinese is advantage
- Well developed communication, leadership, people, and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused/Solution oriented.
- Have own car and valid driving license.
