JOB DETAIL

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and Mobile phone.
- Microsoft O365 , Microsoft teams and Power BI
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users on AD Server & Microsoft admin.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Training new staff members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 23-30 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT Industry. Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Able to communicate in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
