【Main Duty】
Looking for a high-performing Assistant Marketing Manager have a passion for sports and promoting a brand building and revenue growth with team spirit in sports industry.
You will be responsible for planning and executing on/offline marketing campaigns, events and managing sports athlete/team sponsorship to promote a branding in Thailand.

【Products】
Own brand sporting goods

【Job Description】
・Creating brand equity through the marketing and promotion activities.
・Develop and implement effective marketing planning from the point of branding, products and channel strategy, and ROI.
・Plan a promotional campaign and on/off-line events to raise awareness and attract more potential customers, leading to a boosting business performance.
・Responsible for cross-functional role in a team consist of merchandise, digital marketing and field marketing.
・Building relationship and communicating with regional marketing team, grasp information and execute global marketing directions with a team.
・Making an annual or monthly marketing plan, consulting with VP of Sales & Marketing / Marketing Manager and take on reports related to marketing timely as requested.
・Monitor the operation of colleagues for getting the correctness and appropriateness
・Taking care of team member by giving consultant for problem solving
・Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor’s degree in the filed related to marketing communication
・Male or Female
・Age between 28 - 35 years old
・More than 5 years of marketing work experience
・More than 3 years of marketing experience in sports or related
・Intermediate Level of English （TOEIC 750 UP）
・Lead a team of Marketing with strong leadership and exercise influence in related department.
・No Job Hopper
