JOB DETAIL

- Record data into new accounting software (SAPB1); the document would be prepared on paper in the filling; in the document has cover page as voucher which displayed debit and credit of accounting coded; that used to key in accounting software.
**Transaction required to key in as following:
- Record transactions of accounts payable and payment of employee and vendor.
- Record transactions of petty cash, cash advance payment and clearance.
- Record transactions of accounts receivable and collection.
- Record transactions of journal entries for FS closing.
- Record transfer undue input vat and output vat for closing Vat of each month.
- Verify data by reconciliation GL Balance should be equal with Trail balance of former accounting software resulted.
- Checking input vat and output vat, Checking WHT should be equal of former accounting software resulted.
- Generate Aging balance of AR Trade, AR Other, AP Trade and AP Other should be equal of former accounting software resulted.
- Check expenses by cost center of each division should be equal to former accounting software resulted.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25-30 years old
- High vocational Certificate or graduated bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting, with 1-3 years working experience.
- Proven experience as data entry.
- Experience using SAP is preferred (Manual guidance will be provided).
- Knowledge of processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
