JOB DETAIL
1. Control and carry out the procedures for recruiting, selecting and hiring all group employees according to the ISO system.
2.Plan the workforce. Prepare monthly, annual manpower reports and employment conditions reports. Send to relevant government agencies.
3. Follow up and check the completeness and correctness of information + documents + placement of collateral. According to the job position / job description specified by the company.
4. Carry out orientation for new employees. Ready to plan and prepare to work with the agency and evaluation of probationary work.
5. Coordinate and follow up Welfare matters Provident fund, health check before starting work / annual health check and record the personal health book of employees who work with risk factors
6. Control, develop and operate document storage (Document Control) in accordance with the specified system.
7. Take care and maintain potential employees to work with the organization.
8. Coordination, operation and support in recruiting various special channels of the company.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, age not more than 35 years (male, no military obligations)
- Bachelor's degree or higher Human resource management, psychology, management or other related fields.
- Good personality, good at solving immediate problems, fluent communication, leadership qualities, good human relations, flexible, has a vision of being an HR business partner.
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience and knowledge of the ISO system.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to use computer MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Email, social media well.
- Able to travel to work in different areas, provinces or abroad.
- Must have a car driving license and can drive a car
