Business Unit: Real Estate (Commercial & Residential)
Subordinates: at least 4 departments (Operation, Marketing, Sales, Project & Maintenance)

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the business objectives of Commercial & Resident business
- Prepare and monitor operational plans
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
- Continuously improve and refine processes
- Maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain a high-performance organizational culture
- Analyze data and generate reports
- Track and evaluate employee performance
- Manage risks
- Comply with relevant regulations and requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 45-50 years old (must)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
- At least 15 years of experience in a managerial role
- Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry, including leasing, rentals, and property management, will be highly considered
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
