JOB DETAIL

Orders
• Accept orders in customer portal and process orders as soon as we receive them.
• For new POs check prices according to confirmed prices in costing sheet or customer’s shared costing sheet.
• Check ship date with Planning and Production before sending PI to customers.
• Ensure PI has correct photos, prices, details and send PI in a timely manner to customer
• Inform CS Manager of any delay due to costing, components, capacity, etc to inform customers accordingly.
• Coordinate with Purchase in case of re-ordering materials and lead time
• Work closely with Planning, Production and Shipping teams to make sure orders are shipped according to customers’ requirements and deadline.
• Update weekly order reports so CS Manager can send to customers every Monday and flag any potential delay to customers.
• Update monthly order book to customer
• Join in weekly order meeting with customers
• Arrange external QC inspection for customer orders before shipment and make sure we plan orders accordingly and prepare goods on time for inspection.
• Make sure orders which need hallmarking are arranged correctly with Waarborg and the production team.
• Make sure with Shipping Team that bulk orders which need hallmarking for UK are sent straight to the Assay Office.
• Ensure that samples and orders are shipped together in one shipment as instructed by customer
• Coordinate with our warehouse and customer about customer supplied materials. Follow up with customer for replenishing/buffer stock so production has material to finish order in planned time.
• Check that Invoices are issue with correct customer PO number, Batch number and Price
NPD
• Coordinate with BOM team for new item codes, help ensure correct BOM and PCR are recorded.
• Issue SO for NPD samples, wear test and sealed samples/pre-production samples.
• In case of customer supplied material, ensure material are received and recorded correctly into order ERP
• Update weekly sample reports so CS Manager can share with customers every Monday.
• Arrange shipment of samples in a timely manner and update in customers’ tracker so CS Manager can flag any delay to customers.
Others
• Arrange RTV items and documents, issue CN and manage RTV into ERP process (see attached).
• Issued CN and DN as assigned
• Assist in keeping record and coordinate with Finance team about customer transfers and payments

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Prefer Female, age 32-45 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in CS (Jewelry)
- Can communication in English. (Advantage)
- Have skill negotiable with client or coordinator directly.
- Excellent to use Microsoft Office.
