Team: GPS Tracking & Fleet Management
Main Responsibility:
1. Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing the fleet management system.
2. Break down complex technical requirements into clear and actionable tasks for developers.
3. Estimate project timelines and resources accurately.
4. Implement and manage development methodologies.
5. Manage and track project dependencies and risks proactively.
6. Conduct regular technical reviews and code walk-throughs.
7. Act as mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA testers.
9. Maintain strong communication and transparency with all stakeholders.
10. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends, particularly those relevant to
fleet management and the Internet of Things (IoT).
12. Document technical specifications, designs, and architecture.
13. Oversee the integration and testing of various system components.
14. Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.
15. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
16. Ensure the system complies with all relevant security and regulatory standards.
17. Report project status, schedules, timelines, issues and other aspects to Manager/General Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 28-36 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience as Software Developer with project management experience.
4. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.
5. Expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
6. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
7. Intermediate level of English. (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Work from home policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
