JOB DETAIL

1. Follow up project implementation process, and report to headquarters leaders in time;
2. Responsible for quality issues, and the coordinating sudden problems;
3. Responsible for the feedback of the customer, understanding customer needs, and dealing with complaints;
4. Deal with orders, quotations, and the delivery of goods;
5. Maintain and manage the master data- price, suppliers;
6. Responsible for the daily management of suppliers;
7. Responsible for monthly settlement;
8. Visit customers regularly, update information timely, and continuously improve to improve customer satisfaction.

1. 负责项目实施过程中的进度跟进并实时与总部领导进行汇报交流；
2. 负责项目对接过程中的产品质量问题解决，突发性问题的协调沟通；
3. 负责客户问题的反馈，了解客户需求与疑问，处理客户异常及投诉等相关事宜；
4．负责接收客户订单并根据需求报价，下单后及时跟踪物料到货进度；
5．维护系统物料基础信息、物料价格的录入，供应商名录；负责供应商日常管理；
6. 完成每月客户及供应商对账、开票事宜、应收款项跟踪；
7. 定期拜访客户，收集整理客户档案，及时更新相关信息，

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. College degree or above;
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
3. Proficient in English, and Chinese is preferable;
4. Good communication and coordination skills;
5. Ability to obey the work arrangement and have good pressure ability.
