JOB DETAIL

1. Input Purchase Contract and Sales Contract into SAP System.
2. Coordinate with Supplier & Customer for Delivery/Shipment.
3. Input Purchase/Sales Transaction into SAP System
4. Arrange Payment Voucher/Collection Voucher
5. Follow up payment from Customer
6. Participate in Supplier Meeting or Customer Meeting if necessary
7. Support sales

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 22-25 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, Business Admin or other related field.
3. At least 1 year with experience as Sales Support or Sales Coordinator with knowledge in import-export process/international business management.
4. Intermediate level of English.
