JOB DETAIL
-Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, golf, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
-Manage and order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
-Manage and control office asset (Copier, Printer, Company car, Mobile phone, Pocket Wifi)
-Apply and control staff's social security benefit, expats TAX ID application.
-Generate related expense reports (Mobile expense)
-Arrange in-house and external activities (New year party, Staff health check, Gift basket, New year card)
-Interpreting, translationg and communication support
-Maintain the record and company files (hard copy, electronic copy)
-Supporting staff in related issues.
-Other task as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female only (Thai nationality)
- Age 23-30 years old.
- Bachelor degree in any related filed
- At least 1-2 year experience in Admin task
- Able to communicate in English
- Knowledge in Japanese (N3) and Excellent communication
- Using program outlook, MS word, MS excel
