JOB DETAIL

- Act as a facilitator and consult on improvement projects for other teams in the organization to make the project successful.
- Become a trainer in training courses related to continuous improvement.
- Develop curriculum and communication related to continuous improvement in order to train employees
- Plan the implementation of various projects related to continuous improvement.
- Lead business plans, analyze feasibility and financial models for new opportunities.
- Initiate new business and prepare documents to support management's decision-making.
- Control the cost, timeline and scope of the project.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (Thai nationality)
- Age between 35 -45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economic, BBA or other related field
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development and process/business improvement (Manufacturing)
- Good command in English
- Knowledge and understanding of project management
- Have knowledge and understanding of production planning and be able to improve processes.
