JOB DETAIL

Personnel Management:
• Oversee all personnel-related activities including transfers, retirements, promotions, raises, bonuses, commendations, disciplinary actions, and execution of related tasks.
• Develop and implement personnel reorganization strategies as needed.
• Manage other personnel affairs such as recruitment, dismissal, and employee relations.
Labor Relations:
• Ensure accurate calculation and management of employee salaries, bonuses, and severance pay.
• Implement work performance management systems and strategies.
• Develop manpower plans and budgets and oversee employment insurance programs.
Training and Development:
• Develop and implement education and training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate other education-related initiatives as needed.
Employee Benefits:
• Manage health and safety programs, social security benefits, and provident fund programs.
• Coordinate other benefit-related initiatives such as funeral and celebratory arrangements.
General Affairs:
• Develop and enforce company rules and manage document systems.
• Oversee fixed asset management and implement safety and disaster prevention measures.
• Lead initiatives for work improvement and manage official stamp usage.
• Coordinate expatriate work permit applications and other general affairs tasks as required.
Legal Compliance:
• Manage contract documentation and ensure legal compliance in all areas of operations.
Accounting and Financial Management:
• Oversee general accounting practices including document recognition, voucher management, and journal posting.
• Manage tax and VAT control processes and ensure compliance with revenue department regulations.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting and support data audit processes.
• Support financial planning initiatives including capital planning, capital collection, and cash flow management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female only, age 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 years proven experience in Accounting, personnel management, labor relations, and general affairs.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• CPD Holding
• Proficiency in relevant software applications such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial management systems.
• Intermediate level of English 6-7/10
