Position Overview: as an Energy Analysis Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and sustainability of HVAC systems. This position involves a combination of energy analysis, management, environmental sustainability initiatives and administration.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed energy analyses of HVAC system to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
· Study and analyze projects on energy efficiency improvement, Including the worthiness of investment and the break-even point.
· Propose and implement environmentally friendly initiatives to reduce the ecological footprint of operations.
· Control compliance with laws related to energy.
· Work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement energy-efficient technologies and design strategies.
· Examine and implement innovation and technology throughout the company. to operate more efficiently and consume less energy.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

**Strong knowledge of HVAC, Energy efficiency, Safety Regulations, and Billing Processes with 2-4 years’ experience in energy management in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, or related fields.
· 2-4 years’ experience in energy management in the manufacturing industry.
· 2-4 years’ experience in the Carbon footprint of the organization (scope 1,2,3).
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, Energy efficiency, Safety Regulations, and Billing Processes
· Strength in data analysis and presentation skills.
· Excellent skills in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Canva is advantage)
· Excellent in English both written and spoken (Japanese is advantage)
