JOB DETAIL
In this role, the incumbent will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives aimed at transforming our organization's structure, processes, and operations for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and a proven track record in optimizing business processes.
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights into existing challenges and opportunities for transformation.
3.Work closely with senior leadership to define a roadmap for change, outlining key milestones and success metrics.
4.Design and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
5.Foster a culture of adaptability and innovation by promoting a clear understanding of the vision for change and its benefits.
6.Identify, analyze, and redesign key business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
7.Collaborate with department heads, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration of new processes and structures.
8.Serve as a liaison between various business units to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
9.Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or Female age 27 – 32 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in organizational transformation, change management, and business process improvement, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey transformational goals and collaborate across departments.
• Good command of English with TOEIC 600 up
