JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible for documentation for department business both upstreamand downstream business including domestic logistics and operation, import and exportbusiness, also input the data and monitor all internal procedures related to businesses ofthe department to achieve Department target.
2. Support General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Salesperson for business operations.
3. Handle daily document transactions, customs clearance, invoices, and service to customers with full scope of documentation.
4. Control and arrange logistic management both inbound and outbound effectivelywith logistic providers company, warehouse and shipping line.
5. Handle Credit Control effectively to avoid over-credit/past due.
6 Take care of documents related to import/export, and domestic business and input in the system properly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age 22-24 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in logistics related field.
3. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC certificate is an advantage).
