Responsible for order fulfilment covers the entire flow from an initiated order until the order is delivered to the customer.
• Perform an internal handover check and order screening to ensure that the order is clean before it is roll-off to the factories.
• Perform order entry, review orders, create order acknowledgement, and fulfil logistical shipping requirements for customers' orders.
• Coordinates with the sales team and factories to resolve issues arising from Order Processing.
• Weekly follow-up with all the factories regarding the order status to ensure timely delivery of order and delivery information to customers.
• Coordinates with the appointed freight forwarder to import all the goods from factories to Thailand for local delivery to the customer.
• Coordinates with the insurance company to issue the certificate of marine insurance and provide the specifications of the goods as required to the freight forwarder to issue the import entry permit for customs clearance.
• Prepare a letter of CBWM based selected products and send to freight forwarder for customs clearance.
• Verify and confirm the draft import entry permit before the freight forwarder clear the customs.
• Responsible for Incoming Goods Inspection and Labelling and arrange local delivery to the customer.
• Ensure warehouse and service workshop is always neat and tidy.
• Responsible for managing open orders, inventory, and backlogs on a monthly basis with finance.
• Verify all invoices received from factories or vendors against the PO and OA.
• Collaborating closely with Finance to provide accurate invoices with supporting documents to the customer.
• Coordinates with factories to ensure that test pack documentation is accurately prepared and submitted to the customer on time.
• Ensures all order’s contractual and customer specification commitments are met avoiding all cost and penalties involving Liquidated damages.
• Delivers and closes all order within customer expected schedule and within budget. Achieves and improves customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for procuring third-party buyout items, which includes sourcing, comparing prices, raising PRs for internal approval, sending POs to vendors, and monitoring the status until delivery.
• Assist in manages and implements compliance, company standard procedures and process.
• Performs operation tasks and duties as and when assigned by Project & Operation Team (PMO), SEA.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 28-38 years.
• Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline preferably related to process, control or Instrumentation. Candidates with a Project management background will be considered be at advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on Order management / Logistic Planning / Procurement under the environment of a Sales office set-up.
• Knowledge of Flow and Level instrumentation will be at advantage.
• Prior experience working with international EPC / Consultants / Systems integrators.
• Possess negotiation skills, team-oriented environment and Fluent in English. Strong customer focus and understanding customer’s requirements.
• Good knowledge and understanding of contractual terms towards legal, financial, and commercial terms.
• Must be strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, BI, Word, Outlook and Power Point).
• Familiar working with Enterprise management systems such as ERPLN / SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamic will be required.
