Financial Planning:
Develop, lead, and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with Business Director to gather input and create detailed budgets.
Create long-term financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision making.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of various business decisions and external factors.
Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives and investments.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to identify areas of opportunity or concern.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial performance.
Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control costs across the organization.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male or Female, age 38-45 years.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in managerial role
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization
Proactive, Self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skills
Personal integrity and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information
ERP implementation experience is a plus
Knowledge in Power BI is a plus
