JOB DETAIL

1. Supervise and manage sales in the area of responsibility to meet specified targets, help the sales team plan sales and marketing strategies for distribution agents.
2. Visit existing clients to maintain good customer relations and to listen to problems and complaints from the actual location, as well as planning to acquire new customers and maintain the existing customer base.
2. Design marketing campaigns to promote product sales and increase distribution to reach consumers.
3. Monitor, control and conduct background checks on customers, conditions, and trade discounts.
4. Prepare sales and marketing reports.
5. Develop a sales team, analyze competitors and how to beat competitors in sales, and find opportunities and sales channels to increase sales space.
6. Coordinate internally to facilitate customers in other matters related to sales and service and coordinate delivery with related parties so that customers receive products on time.
7. Plan and control marketing activities for modern trade channels to achieve business goals in line with the Company's strategy.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Age between 30 years old- 45 years old
- Female or LGBTQ is preferable (Thai nationality)
- Intermediate level of English
- More than 5 years of experience working in both online and offline marketing.
- Have experienced in modern trade channel ex. Convenience Stores เช่น 7-11 หรือ Specialty Store เช่น วัตสัน, บู๊ทส์ม Eve and boy (advantage)
- Have an understanding of the working principles of online media on every platform.
- Managerial experiences is not a must
