JOB DETAIL

• Analyze financial status of high volume of customer for create credit limit and credit term.
• Provide solution for deny applications where applicable.
• Manage team member for daily operation in both Credit & Banking functions
• Define and negotiate for best benefit terms and conditions for company.
• Developing the credit control system by collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other company executives.
• Establish strong relationship with external finance institutes for business support as well as ensuring most updated & efficient payment & recipient channel.
• Take ownership of customer database aim at one common database for related functions.
• To ensure that payment transactions are processed and settled as scheduled and in line with cash projection plan, identify variances and seek for improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female 38-45 year old.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years in related work experiences in Credit Management & Banking
• Experience in end-to-end credit control & account receivable processes
• Knowledge of Credit Law
• Ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive attitude, Can-do attitude, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
• Good command in English
• Computer Software skills, including Excel
• Strong team management
