◯Consulting proposal for supply chain

Consultants in this position will proceed the following type of Business Consulting roles
( Can do either or all type of following consulting Services)

1.S&OP and Supply chain Planning Analysis and Design
・Understand client’s business strategy and supply chain characteristics.
・Analyze Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) and supply Chain
Planning (SCP) , Sales Plan, Promotion Plan, Demand Plan, Inventory
PSI (Production Sales Inventory) , Material Sourcing and Procurement
PSI and its correlation.
・Analyze current stock level of inventory items and provide solutions
regards to reduction of inventory, setting optimized safety stock level,
perform ABC analysis, define PSI actual and forecast based on demand
and supply capability.
・Detail design of Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Supply Chain
Planning ( , Production Planning, Material Source Planning process
data flow and method design.

2. Supply Chain Planning Technology Project Management
・Technology and Software analysis of Supply Chain Planning Platform
・Data Model design of Demand Planning, Promotion Pla nning, Supply
Chain Planning, Production Planning, Sales & Operation Planning,
Material Planning.
・Project Management of Supply Chain Planning Platform implementation
projects. Including Vendor Management, Project Scope, Schedule and Test
management.

3. Supply Chain Planning Platform Implementation
・Business analysis and Data Model design of Sales & Operation
Planning, Demand supply Planning, Promotion Planning, Supply Chain
Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning , Financial Planning
and Budget Plannin g utilizing Connective Planning Platform
・Implement or Manage Project to implement Connective Planning
Platform (ANAPLAN)

4. Supply Chain Management BPI and ERP Assessment
・Analysis of Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Operation, Production
Operation, Procurement Operation and identifying the key business
issues from interview sessions and related data analysis
・Identifying the root cause and impact of the issues and designing
solutions from organization, process, skills, and technology perspective.
・As sessment of the technology from each Supply chain related system (I,e
ERP/WMS/ CRM/MES etc.,) in order to develop Technology model and its
transformation roadmap
・Facilitate technology selection process by managing bidding process and
scoring the vendor f rom tactical, technical, project management and
investment perspective.
・Performing supply chain business process improvement measures with
the client to achieve operational KPI targets.

Consultant Level
・Conduct consulting activities in assigned area regarding above services and deliver value
・Lead interview session , conduct data analysis, create high quality deliverables

・Each team runs a project with 5-6 staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor degree
・Age between 25-30 years old
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・More than 3 years of SCM business planning design, design, business analysis and/or planning
operation management (S&OP, Demand Planning, Promotion Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, Sales & Operation Planning, Material Planning)
・Experience working for Consulting Firm or experience working for business companies as internal consultant
(SCG, PTT, CP etc.)
・Experience of three or more business process consulting projects
・Working Experience for Business or Management Consulting Firm Technology Consulting Firms
(IBM, Microsoft SAP Abeam, etc.), or business companies as internal consultant or staff in Supply
Chain Planning Department (SCG, PTT, CP）

・Experience of creating business process flow for Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution, Inventory Planning.
・Understanding of Demand Management, Forecast Accuracy Analysis, MRP, Advanced Production Scheduling, and Stock Fulfillment process.
・Strong eager and self-motivation to become a Process Consultant.
Key Skills Required (Option)
・SCM software experience (JDE/ANAPLAN/Asprova/SAP APS etc.)
・Usage of Business Process Management Tools
・Process Benchmarking experience
