JOB DETAIL

1. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
2. Prepare reports and presentations with statistic data.
3. Maintain and update company database and office policies.
4. Ensure and organize the confidentiality and security of files and filing system.
5. Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all time.
6. Coordinate schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.
7. Operate copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary.
8. Arrange travel and accommodation.
9. Book meeting room as required.
10. Distribute and store correspondence (letters, emails, packages, etc.)
11. Schedule in-house and external events.
12. Handle complaints in a courteous professional manner.
13. Answer queries of employees and clients.
14. Other support duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 3 year of work experience as GA Officer, General Affairs, HR Administrator, Administrator, or other related position.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. If able to start working immediately is an advantage.
