Reports to Partnership & Solutions Manager

We are looking for an experienced, analytics-driven, sales-oriented individual to help expand our Programmatic products in the market. The Programmatic Sales Specialist will also own the strategic planning and implementation for his/her assigned brand. You will be responsible for responding to briefs in a timely and efficient manner, providing detailed rationales and programmatic media plans, and providing direction and management to the Campaign Specialist on setup and implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Programmatic solution design based on the client’s success metrics and KPIs –
● Work closely with management/media teams to get products specified and built according to the client’s brief.
● Collaborate with Media Business teams to create and respond to Programmatic opportunities for programmatic adoption and sales
● Engage with DSPs to build strategic partnerships

Campaign planning and management –
● Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign.
● Formulate proposals for new client opportunities.
● Work closely with Traders, Buyers, Planners, Analytics team, and Adtech partners to ensure successful platform implementation, campaign measurement reporting, and insights generation.
● Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
● Oversee campaign QA process.
● Generate and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting in coordination with Planning and Trading Team.
● Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
● Produce performance reports with detailed analysis and actionable recommendations based on the performance of DSPs.

Others –
● Provide educational support to media teams and clients to enhance their understanding of Programmatic and its benefits.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

● Any gender
● Experience in digital marketing agencies or ad tech companies
● 2 to 3 years of experience as an account strategist, trader, ad operation, or programmatic sales.
● A strong consulting mindset with good client engagement experience.
● Proven experience in managing regional online advertising campaigns in DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or other DSPs such as Xandr (AppNexus).
● Good knowledge of digital platforms and Proficiency in AdTech ecosystem of ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad operations and measurement platforms.
● Experience in Analytics & Measurement Tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Campaign Manager) would be an added advantage.
● Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to communicate insights to multiple stakeholders and drive new value to existing accounts by identifying new opportunities or gaps within ongoing programs.
● Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business.
● Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
● Good communication skills both verbal and written.
● Proficient in English
● Must possess strong skills in using Google Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Strong project management skills.
● Motivated with good problem-solving skills.
