Duties and Responsibilities:
9 staffs - Accounting team

- Review of finance and accounting data
- Lead daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
- Set goals, objectives, and priorities; coach and develop staff; plan, monitoring, and appraise performance regularly, across the manufacturing sites.
- Provide advice on costing matters to the management team and other departments if needed
- Controlling and managing finance and accounting to ensure their accuracy and completeness and complying with accounting principles and the company’s policy.
- Coordination and controlling all finance / Costing and accounting requirements.
- Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with accounting standards, BOI, and Taxes Regulation
- Monitoring company P&L, securing financing and preparing strategic business plans to ensure the smooth continuity of operations and business growth.
- Ensuring effective and efficient internal control processes are in place

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting
- Any Gender., Age 37 - 46 years old
- Have experience of at least 10 years in Finance / Accounting/ Taxation and 5 years in costing.
- Cost accounting in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Background in understanding and applying complex cost accounting principles including capitalization of variances and experience with rolling standard costs is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently, mature, self-motivated and hard-working.
- Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and financial software such as ORACLE or QAD (MFG PRO.)
- Good command of English on writing, reading, and speaking.
- To be able to communicate in English (Intermediate Level)
