- Plan strategies to stimulate sales Set goals and plans for the department to be in accordance with the organization's policy/strategic plan.
- Planning to expand the new customer base Set guidelines for maintaining the old and new customer base.
- Manage the number of products in the warehouse to be appropriate as specified.
- Evaluate work Employee skills.
- Control department expenses Including the cost of testing products for customers.
- Determine training plans and promote knowledge development, Transferring sales techniques.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 35 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Experience in controlling a B2B sales team for not less than 5 years is the advantage.
- Must have experience selling Label Printing or various products or equipment related to printing. (Production printing)
- Have a personal car.
- Can communicate in English.
