Product: Industrial Water Pipe (Hot & Cool Water) - Electrical Conduit Pipe
Sales Area: Bangkok and nearby provinces (ปริมณฑลฯ), Chonburi, Rayong, etc.

1. Plan, develop and execute specification sales plan with strategic approach aligned with Sales & Marketing business plan and direction.
2. Identify, engage and convince medium to high level stakeholders in M&E and Sanitary design and construction system to ensure company’s product line are recognized and specified in building standard and vendor list.
3. Build and manage long-term relationship with medium to high level of stakeholders including Project Owner, Designer and Contractor and be able to provide value-based consultation both technical and commercial values to drive new business growth.
4. Identify sales opportunities, manage and coordinate with cross functional sales team both dealer and project sales for smooth transition of pre sales and post sales process to achieve sales target.
5. Responsible for key contractors and drive sales volume and profitability of each key account for new products and services.
6. Participate and support marketing events, product demonstration, conferences and exhibitions to promote brand and gaining sales opportunity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Prefer female. age between 30-38 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration or related field.
3. At least 7 years of work experiences in Marketing, Presales, Specification or Sales Engineer in Construction Material Business with good understanding of Presales- Post Sales and specification selling process
4. Have strong and wide relationship with project owner, designer and contractor in construction business, Preferable in M&E and Sanitary industry.
5. Intermediate Level of English.
6. Required personal car & driver license.
7. Able to work on every other Saturdays. (2 Saturdays for the month that has 4 Saturdays, 3 Saturdays for the month that has 5 Saturdays)
NOTE: Flexible work hours (Able to manage work schedule, visiting schedule)
