Refractory วัสดุทนไฟ Engineer (Sales Engineer Position)
Responsible for existing Japanese client
Report directly to Thai Manager (Commercial Manager)
Coordinate with Japanese clients & Japan Affiliate Office
Head Quarter in UK

Purpose:
Responsible for assisting commercial manager to provide technical support to customer, assisting to run and monitor of trials and projects, assisting develop installation business in Refractory on steel plant industry.

1. Plan, monitor and control daily works for EAF, ladle, tundish, and ladle slide gate.
2. Establish the trial plan, trial method and record format for new materials or new practices.
3. Collect trial, incident, refractory performance and steel making process information for analysis and reports
4. Supervise and advice team to ensure correct refractory/mechanism installation practice
5. Coordinate with customers for routine works, new projects, problem solving and improvement strategy.
6. Coordinate with sales administrators to do stock checking, calculate material consumption to invoice for payment collection.
7. Prepare internal & external technical/incident/performance reports and presentations to ensure the performance efficiency.
8. Ensure inventory control system are run in an efficient manner.
9. Provide and prepare the information for MRP to ensure the stock control efficiency.
10. Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
11. Prepare and update ladle plan to optimize plant and refractory performance.
12. Create draft drawing of new product for RFQ process to get new product drawing.
13. Coordinate with HR about working time and welfare of refractory team.
14. Provide and prepare daily refractory report to customer.
15. Prepare, review and update work instruction related to company's products at customer's site.
16. Set up maintenance plan for conpany's slide gate mechanism at customer's site.
17. Monitor, control and follow standard work.

Problem Solving & Complexity Tasks:
1. Handle customer complaints.
2. Implement new products or new systems.
3. manage & maintain customer relationship.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in *metallurgical engineering, *materials science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, other engineering related field.
3. Prefer 2 years of work experience in *Steel Production or *Refractory.
4. Lower intermediate level of English
5. JLPT N2 or higher.
6. Personal car & driver's license.
7. Able to travel to client's site (in Chonburi & Rayong) upon request.
