Replacement
Department: Production Division
Report Directly to Japanese Managing Director
Subordinate: 200 production staffs

Main Responsibility:
- Handle product manufacturing process and maintenance.
- Manage production plan to ensure the schedule and customers satisfaction.

General Task:
1. Under the order of Managing Director.
1.1 Set policies, objectives and targets for division.
1.2 Develop and review budgets (Manpowers, Investment and Expenses) and ensure to achieve target.
1.3 Set department objectives/goals and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
1.4 Manage and direct overall division operations including acting for change and improvement in performance and quality, and fully comply company's rules and regulations.
1.5 Work with Management team, exchange useful and necessary information, give advices among the Management to achieve company goals.

Production Task:
1. Handle nanufacturing transformers and related products (PTR, DTR and CRT) by on-time basis with fair quality to customers.
2. Repair and maintenance transformers (Only in the factory works) as required by customers.

- Organize/manage plan to support the production schedule.
- Organize production plan to ensure that no delay schedule.
- Keep/store all materials in good conditions, ready and easily for utilize.
- Make sure that materials is enough and match with production plan.
- Organize material purchasing.
- Procure the materials and related items which are required with correct specification, price competitive and on time basis.
- Support material import and products export activities, to make sure that those items can be received or delivered on schedule with proper cost.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering field.
2. More than 10 years of experience in production control/factory management. *If have direct experience in substation equipment is an advantage. (especially transformers, better to have experiences of make-to-order products instead of mass production).
3. Intermediatel level of English. (If able to communicate in Thai is an advantage).
4. Able to work on every other Saturdays.
