We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of marketing campaigns, consumer behavior, and market trends to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

1. Analyze marketing data including campaign performance, customer demographics, and sales trends to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
2. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support the development of marketing strategies and initiatives.
3. Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings and actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.
4. Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
5. Maintain databases and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of marketing data for analysis and reporting purposes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
7. Strong knowledge in marketing analytics.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 26 – 30 years old
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 -3 years of experience in Market analyst in tire product or Automotive field will be advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Business level of English (able to presentation to foreigner clients)
• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and techniques is a plus.
