JOB DETAIL

• Possess expertise in plastic injection, capable of conducting trial adjustments on machinery.
• Analyze NG (Non-Good) products, identify root causes using the "Why why why" technique based on the 4Ms in the production process.
• Organize storage areas for plastic pellets, material curing, recycling, and the disposal of runner waste.
• Manage storage areas for molds, maintain documentation, history, PM plans, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with relevant departments.
• Develop WI (Work Instructions) and procedures, conduct employee training to ensure adherence to process steps.
• Prepare KPI reports and cost control.
• Collaborate with safety officers to enhance workplace safety, assess machinery risks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age between 27-35 years.
• Bachelor's degree in polymer science, plastic molding, or possesses experience in injection molding.
• Basic drawing reading skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-directed learner.
• Experience in injection molding will be considered a plus.
• Able to read and write in English (Japanese language skills are a plus).
• Must have personal transportation (the company does not provide transportation, but offers a travel allowance).
• Please note that this position requires training in Japan for 1-3 months. Candidates who can travel to Japan will be preferred.
