[Job Description]
-In charger for all importation process
-Checking shipping document and confirm declaration form for custom clearance
-Taking care custom clearance related tasks, and Warehouse related tasks for cargo delivery
-Managing and controlling all import license & permit validity
-Cost calculation for Overseas & Domestic transaction
-Creating inventory forecasts and sends to suppliers to assist in mutual planning
-Creating Purchase Orders for approval, sends to Suppliers, maintains tracking reports
-Managing shipping status
-Communicates with merchandiser and operation department for any delays
-Handling inventory inquiries
-Assisting merchandising and logistics team on best order transportation costs

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
- Male or Female Up to 30y/o
- More than Intermediate level in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 above)
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management related major
- New graduates are welcome to apply but if you are non-new graduate must have at least 2 years' experience as Sales in Freight Forwarder or Trading industry
-Must have knowledge of import/export and must be able to check import declarations
-MS Office skills (Ability to use functions and pivot tables)
