• Demand Planning: Forecast, analyze and evaluate the demand plan in order to maximize sales with prevent lost sale opportunity.
• Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stock of right SKUs in the right location.
• Manage and control PSI (Purchasing, Sales and Inventory): To ensure that all production from factory and goods arrival will be managed on the plan both of domestics and import shipments.
• Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information: Highlighting all demand issues with detailing that might be impacts to business.
• Monitoring, follow up and negotiate to manufacturing: Pull/push some production schedule align with customer requirement or market situation.
• Work across all partners: To import products until goods deliver to W/H (3PL)
• Oversee stocks inventory control: In order to ensure adequate stock and timely supplies.
• Accountable for stock projection: Manage beginning & ending stock to support business minimize risk of excess and obsolete stock.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 30-40
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, Statistics, or related field
• 3 years of demand planning and inventory management
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Good Computer literacy, advance in Excel is a must
