JOB DETAIL
HR Tasks :
- Work closely with various departments to assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate training sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific skill gaps and performance improvement areas.(Ex Career Path, Succession planning ,Assessment )
- Develop and implement effective training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to address identified needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve and update training content based on feedback and changing organizational needs.
- Provide support to employees in navigating and utilizing the LMS.
- Work closely with HR colleagues, department managers, and leadership to align training initiatives with overall HR and organizational strategies.
- Communicate effectively with employees to promote learning opportunities and encourage participation.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
GA Tasks :
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Provide support to employees on general affairs-related inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. Age: Upper 30s, Male or Female.
3. 3-8 years of experience in HR Division (HRD and GA).
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
6. Excellent English skills (written, reading, and speaking).
