JOB DETAIL

• Control the receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory of goods and materials in the warehouse.
• Plan and manage the organization's product stock according to the organization's plan.
• Coordinate the shipping of goods to customers and relevant departments.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports, summarize end-of-month inventory balances, and ensure accurate disbursement to relevant parties.
• Inspect and oversee all areas related to the warehouse and equipment to ensure they are properly accounted for.
• Coordinate with both internal and external departments to ensure smooth operations in all aspects.
• Supervise and control internal operations within the store system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, aged not over 45 years old
• Experience as a supervisor in warehouse and delivery operations for at least 3 years
• Education level: Diploma (or higher)
• Detail-oriented in work
• Skills in communication and coordination
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Proficient in problem-solving and able to work under pressure
• Ability to operate forklift
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work in hot, rubber smell, paint smell, and adhesive smell environments
• Strong leadership skills, direct, and clear
• Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
