Report to Manager

Job Description :
- Communicating to customers and handling requirements with stakeholders appropriately.
- Manage promotion and negotiation of Sales PJ with clients to achieve objectives.
- Finding bottlenecks of sales progress and taking appropriate action or initiative creative solution.
- Practical report to supervisor on time schedule.
- Negotiate and answer questions about products and terms of sales.
- Create sales to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Operation job responsibility with HO-REN-SO (Report-Contact-Consult).
- Collaborate with internal organization appropriately

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Chinese nationality, Age between 27 - 40 years old.
• Main Place to work is Rayong 3-4 day(s) in week, BKK 1-2 day(s) in week
• Language: English is Intermediate Level
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Experience in the sales field especially in the Chinese industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication in Chinese (Chinese native speaker)
• Able to communicate in Thai-English-Chinese.
• Able to work in Rayong area.
• Drive own car for visiting Chinese customers in industrial areas (mainly RAY, 3 days/week).
• Possess high-level interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, for a sales position.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for dynamic environments.
• Embrace continuous learning, including product, customer, and market knowledge.
• Balance "big picture thinking" with attention to detail.
• Accept feedback for improvement.
• Have problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Computer literacy preferably in Microsoft Office.
• Have own car with license
