Position: Business Analyst Officer
Report to: Product Manager
Department: Product Marketing Department

• Manage the number revenue and quantity business number of assigned products following by business plan
• Provide the sell-in, sell-out, sell-thru, and stock distributor information for product marketing to market development
• Summary and report sale result comparison to Product Management Team and management for Market situation analysis
• Arrange sale forecasting of the Company's products to align with the Business plan
• Coordinate with supply chain local staff for available products to market
• Monitor and Control DOS
• Manage Aging stock with direction and coordinate with the Product Management Team & Supply Chain Management Team to monitor slow-moving
• Act as a window contact with a regional office
• Arrange the Company's product information such as product specification, price, and promotion, etc. via E-mail or Intranet to the Sales Department as Product Marketing assigns.
• Organize and share product certificates and standards on the intranet
• Having good cooperation and support from both front and back offices to achieve department targets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS, Marketing, or any related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a product analyst or business analyst or related responsibility.
• Working in the Information Technology (IT) field is preferable
• Problem-solving and analytical skills are preferable
• Strong organizational and operational skills, attention to details
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and presentation skill
• English proficiency, both verbal and written (Business level)
• Good command of MS Office
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
