Consolidation
- Ensure accurate and timely data submission

Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely data submission
- Review business units financial analysis
- Ensure planning and coordination with all business units
- Coordinate and review business units Performance review presentations:
- Monthly Activity reviews
- Group Monthly Performance Reviews
- Board Meetings Performance Reviews
- Prepare presentations for Senior Management on specific transactions/ topics

Budgeting/Forecasting
- Supervise Budget and forecasting processes:
- Rolling forecast
Last estimates
Budget
- Ensure accurate and timely data submission
- Coordinate and prepare Budget presentation
- Prepare detailed analysis for senior management

Process and Documentation
- Develop and optimize consolidation and reporting systems and tools
- Maintain and strengthen existing processes, work flows, methodologies across the financial reporting

Treasury
- Cash flow management and forecast (monthly/quarterly)
- Manage and report on liquidity positions and bank accounts for each investment and the relevant entities
- Monitoring of all internal and external financings within the Group and update the management

Corporate Governance
- Work with the various service providers to ensure all holding and investment entities meet local corporate governance requirements
- Maintain KYC requirements for each counterparty

Projects
- Involved in Group projects
- Involved in acquisition integration
- System implementation and optimization
- Etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Master Degree in Finance
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Financial reporting and analysis
- Extensive experience of financial reporting in multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of consolidation principles and IFRS standards
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Information Systems
- Sound understanding of data flows and the interaction of information systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve processes
- Former Manager in one of the top 4 audit firms (EY, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG).
