JOB DETAIL
- Manages and oversees the sales operations in an organization both of MT and TT channel
- Designs plan to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with key customers and distributors
- Forecasts the budget unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and result
- Creates the sales promotion and campaigns to meet the target of sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Identify and solve client issues strategically
- Understands the competitive landscape and market trends
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for products
- Manages and implements the sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Works with the Management and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy
- Reports and analyzes sales results and trends
- Manages sales database
- Monitors the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree or higher in related fields.
- Male or Female, age between 30-43 years old
- At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry
- Excellent in Excel
- High responsibility, quick learning and self-motivated
- Have an experience in negotiation with Buyer in Modern Trade Channel will be advantage.
- Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
- Ability to prepare reports and use the appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Advance command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
