• Planning and Coordination: Ensure project success according to customer requirements, on-time completion, within budget, and proper execution by all project stakeholders.
• Planning and Scheduling: Prior to construction, study and analyze blueprints and BQ, plan construction activities, procurement, and site preparation, including setting out and site marking.
• Coordination: Coordinate with customers, designers, and all departments involved for accurate information transfer.
• Supervision: Oversee construction work in terms of quantity, quality, and time using inspection reports, delivering to the Director for review. Regularly inspect each unit thoroughly.
• Shop Drawings: Review and prepare shop drawings for meetings and approval from relevant departments.
• Budget Control: Control construction budget, plan procurement, hold discussions with Foreman and production departments regarding material quantity control, manpower coordination, and equipment procurement.
• Health & Safety: Inspect and control site cleanliness and safety.
• Documentations: Prepare and review Daily-Weekly-Monthly Reports, budget control reports, QC Reports, construction insurance, and construction permit documentation.
• After Sales Service: Continuously control post-delivery project services.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female age 30 - 45 years old
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant industry.
• Experience in project management from consulting firms, interior design companies, or specialized interior construction companies will be considered advantageous.
• Ability to read blueprints, prepare BOQ, and estimate and control budgets.
• Excellent communication skills, including leadership, management, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
