・Online supports about AWS for Japanese companies in all over the world. (*You will be communicating with customers in Japanese and English language)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Candidate with experience]
・JLPT N3 or up
・English （Intermediate level or TOEIC 600 up)
・Network/Server engineer experience for more than 1 year
・MS Office（Word,Excel,Powerpoint）
・Communication skill and Customer service mind

[Candidate: New Graduate]
・JLPT N3 or up
・English （Intermediate level or TOEIC 600 up)
・Bachelor Degree in IT related major

[Preferred]
・AWS Certificate（*Not necessary. Company will support you to obtain AWS certificates
・AWS Experience(*Not necessary. Company will provide training sessions)
