• Develop a communication strategy for brand and product in both offline and online channels to establish brand awareness among new customer groups and maintain relationships with existing customers, fostering Brand Loyalty.
• Plan the selection of appropriate media for marketing communication in each campaign.
• Control and supervise the production of various media to align with objectives, creating memorable brand experiences.
• Analyze content and communication channels, continuously improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, multimedia, and graphics.
• Gather market information and monitor industry trends to assess the impact of communication plans.
• Analyze the content direction to enhance brand campaigns for maximum benefit.
• Create and maintain the brand image in alignment with the brand's identity or corporate identity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology and Communication, or related fields.
• With at least 1 year of experience in marketing communication; additional consideration given for relevant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing communication, new technologies, and various social media platforms that can be applied to business.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategy, skills in using social media, Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM would be highly regarded.
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn new things to contribute effectively to the business.
• Detail-oriented and responsible for the assigned tasks.
