• Analyze and market research to keep up to date with behavior, customer
• trends, market situation, customer need or problem and competitors.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve
• brand objectives. (Available products and new products)
• Analyze data to evaluate the results of marketing campaigns and create new
• ideas, new strategies to improve.
• Developing the right marketing communication through various platforms like
• TV, social media, Digital, E-commerce, PR, In store Merchandising,
• Promotional activity, etc.
• Control brand, products, and overall marketing budget according to allocated
• budget.
• Prepare and execute communication main campaigns and promotions for
• each channel
• Create concept, strategy, and direction of product to meet brand objectives
• Develop marketing strategies for new products.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance
• Plans to ensure all executions are in place, on time and effective

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Business management or related field
• At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Brand Manager
• Strong knowledge and insight of various online marketing tools, channels, and
• strategies
• Strong financial skills
• Good at Excel is a bonus
• Excellent at English including listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• At least 3 years experiences as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Excellent at managing and analyzing large amount of data
• Intermediate level of English
