[Job Description]
・Internal system operation for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
・Handle customers' enquiries on delivery operations.
・Cooperate and communicate with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.(*Checking and managing delivery status/schedule/routes)
・Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
・Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
・Perform temporary tasks as assign by Management from time to time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements(Both New Graduates and non-new graduates)]
- At least Intermediate level of English
- Bachelor’s degree or high school certificates in any field
- Computer Skill: MS.Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Good communication skills

[For non-new graduates]
-Must have logistic/retail/ or other customer service experience for at least 3 years
