Insurance Team

- Be responsible for individual achievement in Life.
- Search the new prospective client from the internet and the database of SCS.
- Find a new prospective client by cold call. (Internet searching)
- Support the referral case referred by the existing customer or Japanese.
- Approach the prospective client by knocking the door and making a relationship.
- Contact the client to request the information for quoting.
- Cross-selling to get more customers in the non-Life team.
- Support the Company’s New Project as supervisor and manager assigned.
- Make an appointment with the new prospective client to visit and get the information.
- Coordinate with the insurer to receive the proposal and negotiate with the insurer.
- Submit the proposal to the prospective client. Make a presentation to prospective clients during bidding.
- Follow up the feedback from the prospective client.
- Present the company profile and insurance benefit to all employees of the client as instruction.
- Visit the customer with the renewal team and transfer the account to the renewal team smoothly.
- Report the problem to the supervisor and manager for finding the best solution.
- Support some of existing customers along with the renewal team, especially for big cases to maintain with us.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Experienced on new business/sales at least 2 years. Age 25 - 37 years old, any gender
2. Experienced in working in an insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance.
3. Bachelor's degree in any field
4. Able to work under the pressure.
5. Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point.
6. Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skill.
7. Very be more careful and can work in detail job.
8. Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy
9. Good in English communication skill.
